Well, I didn’t need a spectacular firework display, crates of champagne or a lavish party.
But I did treat myself to a lovely new diary (£2.50) and a
pack of coloured pens (£1.00).
I’m going to be so organized this year.
I might even get Rich ...

Are those the Papermate inkjoy pens? I bought a pack and love them. They've made me want to hand write again after typing for years.

I have a new pen too. Mine was a Christmas present.
New pens are always exciting, aren't they? All those new words just waiting to pour out ...!
No, they're not Inkjoy pens, Lynne, just Staples own brand ballpoints in 8 different colours so I can colour code my to-do list. I do have some Inkjoys but I mostly use them for sketching - they make lovely, smooth, blotch free lines. (That reminds me, I must add 'draw every day' to that list!)
